_Events or Parties must have a minimum of 5 weld transactions.

_A deposit is required to secure the session for all event types. This will be included in your final payment.

_All participants and host must fill and sign our Consultation Forms.

_Education on metals, chains, and maintenance will be provided to all clients

_Areas on Maui with high humidity, temperatures, and prone to inclement weather, we kindly request a covered indoor area for both artists and equipment. 

_Once the Booking Form is submitted, we will contact you, via your preferred method of communication, within 48 hours to discuss the particulars of the event along with pricing. Next, you will receive an email with our Terms of Agreement Contract filled in with the details of your event to which you will sign and email back to us. Once we receive the signed Contract and deposit for the event, you will get a booking confirmation email.

_As soon as possible! Kindly fill out our questionnaire on the right to begin the booking process. This ensures a reservation for your event once you are certain of the date and time. 

_We book out 2-3 weeks in advance for all events.

_For events larger than 25+ ppl, we require a reservation to be confirmed 3 weeks in advance considering the scale of all customizations, special request fulfilments, etc.  

_If your date is not available, we will contact you as if any cancellations.
