Permanent Jewelry is a safe and painless method that welds a chain into a seamless, clasp-less circle. This chain is custom-fit to your body as a ring, bracelet, necklace, or waist chain.

Chains can be cut with either. a pair of household scissors or a nail cutter. We recommend cutting the Jump Ring and not the chain itself in case you would like to reattach it again at a later date.

We offer the highest quality of 14k Gold-Filled, .925 Silver, and 14k Rose Gold-Filled in both chains and charms.

All of our pieces are sourced from reputable agencies which verify purity standards.

• Avoid regular or excessive direct contact with perfume, body lotions, hair spray, or other harsh chemicals.

• Limit exposure to chlorine

• Clean regularly with mild soap and bristle brush; pat dry. Use jewelry polish cloths to help restore it lustre.

• Be mindful while engaging in activities that may result in yanking or tugging on the delicate chains.

Our warranty covers your piece for 30 days from the date of purchase. This includes ONE re-weld of a Jump Ring with the original chain.

To ensure eligibility, please retain your proof of purchase from Sumedha Studios.

We guarantee that your permanent jewelry is free from defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any permanent jewelry that is found to be defective. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Loose or missing stones

• Breakage or deformation of jump ring

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental or intentional misuse

• Modification or repair of components after session

• Normal wear and tear

• Loss of stones due to neglect or improper care
